It can be made in a range of round, square, slotted or Hexagon patterns. The round hole perforation is the most popular type of perforated pattern used and is manufactured in coils or sheets. We have a full and comprehensive finishing service for all of our materials including cutting, annealing, slitting, forming, bending with a return or radiused and welding. Aperture :

In general it is advisable to use a hole size larger than the material thickness. The closer the hole size and material thickness come to a 1 to 1 ratio, the more difficult and expensive the process is. Dependent on the material type, smaller hole size to material ratios can be achieved. Contact your Sales Representative to discuss your special requirements.The minimum diameter that we can fabricate is 0.003" (0.08mm) .
