YC Mechanism Vacuum Mixer/Mixer for meat is designed stainless steel built with two shafts for mixing, with its specialty switching between clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation, the mixing speed and effect produced can be greatly improved. The vacuum level is adjustable to your option, making a more evenly-distributed raw material for better product quality.

Maintain optimum temperature of the meat during mixing which is recommended for treatment of raw mince meat. Maintaining given temperature at a required level prevents development of microbes and also makes it possible to obtain of optimum protein bonding, stabilizing the natural color of the products, increasing the production output and finally a high production quality with keeping of the microbiological safety independently of temperature conditions. Cooling device is a separate individual unit.
