First:Introduction
ClassA fireproof foam concrete insulation board is an new Class A noncombustible insulation materials .it based on ordinary portland cement, and other variety of materials, made by chemical foaming, featured lightweight insulation,fire proof, energy saving, low-carbon and waste, low water absorption,high adhesion, value for money, durability .

Third:Main feature
1)A class fire proof,durable, energy saving up to 65%.
2)Cost effective,affordable.It’s production cost is only 300RMB(50usd)/M3,calculated by 50mm thickness, the insulation layer cost is only15 RMB/m2.It is the most economical one in all A class non-combustible insulation material.
3)Lightweight and insulation.It’s dry density is about 100-250kg/m3.heat conductivity coefficient about 0.042~0.065 W/(m·K).
4.)Early strength,high strength. Using ordinary portland cement foaming, dry density 168kg/m3 products, one day strength can reach 0.25 MPa, 28-day strength reach 0.40MPa, the technical performance is hold leading level in the same industry.
5)Strong adhesive strength.Concrete foam insulation board is a cement-based material, has a good compatibility and affinity with main construction wall material. It’s also enjoy firming adhesion and not easy falling,.As for the insulation system, it’s better breathable, wind pressure, seismic resistance.
6) Easy to construct, concrete foam insulation board can be attached or hanging , can be used for interior insulation , exterior insulation of out wall, also can be used for roof insulation .construction methods flexible, adaptable, wide range of applications.

2. outer wall insulation(outer wall exterior and interior insulation
According to Ministry of Public Security [2011] Document No. 65 requirements, civil construction outer insulation must be using the material whose combustion performance is Class A .For the external wall exterior and interior insulation work,It can replace benzene and other organic materials, high durability, A-class fire proof, building energy-saving rate of over 65%.
Foam concrete thin plaster external wall insulation system consists of adhesive mortar layer, A-class fire proof insulation board , plaster mortar and facing coating . (if necessary, can be glued anchor combined), foam concrete insulation board is fixed on the base with adhesive mortar, fiberglass mesh inside the thin plaster layer , structure is as follows:
