        3,  Q: Can I only order one piece for my baby? Or 1pc sample?

             A: Sorry, we're not the retailer for end individuals, thus only 1pc order isn't acceptable.

                  Thus if you're doing wholesale/retail/trading/online..etc business of mass orders, that'll be welcome and 1pc sample is no problem. Pls you afford sample charge and airfreight. P.S.: Sample charge can be refundable from final order, or say sample is still free for you.

   

        4,  Q: How can your guarantee your quality?

             A: We have decades experience in this field and export our outdoor products to Walmart in USA, Metro in Germany, Costco in UK and a lot of other buyers around world, you'll be welcome to our company/factory to check the quality or send 3rd party (like Aisa Inspection..) to be your eyes.

                 Secondly, all of products are guaranteed within 24months for any quality problems. 

   

        5,  Q: Can I make a little difference as my own design such as with my logo?

             A: Yes, OEM/ODM service is offered, but quantity needs to be 100pcs at least, or else production costs will be very more.

   

        6,  Q: Do you have retailers in overseas so that we can buy small qty from them?

             A: We do have oversears customers but no retailers now, anyway we may still provide you some suggestion on finding a good store/brand, that's free!

   

        7,  Q: Can I visit your factory before ordering? 

             A: Yes, you'll be welcomed in both our SH office and AH factory, just let me know your schedule in advance.
