TSEY Series Counter-rotating Twin Screw Extruder suitable to speicial material ,like plastic wood.
1. Euro-style rectangle barrels make temperature difference in C areas smaller. Barrels are made of high quality nitrided steel with bimetallic liners.
2. Innovated design of heater tightened style insures high efficiency of heat transfer and high longevity of heater.
3. Various modes of pelletizing, such as water-cooling strand, air-cooling pelletizing, water-ring pelletizing.
4. Screw elements and kneading blocks are made of high tool steel 38CrMoAlA or W6Mo5Cr4V2, can fulfill efficient self-cleaning, transmission, compounding, pressure forming-up , etc.
5. Main machines are designed by using the " toy bricks" principle, the screw configuration, barrel setup, L/D or mode of feeding and venting, screw changing, way of granulating, and the control mode can be optimally adjusted according to different materials.
6.Metering feeders are equipped with single screw, twin screw, hollow screw, forced-feeding, side-feeding, liquid-adding system etc. to meet different requirements of feeding, such as powder, pellet, lump material and liquid material.
7. Three kinds of gear box can fulfill your requirements, key bearings are NSK products imported from Japan.
8. PLC, PCC, or electric control system insures stable and safe operation.
