Dog Comb

The coat care of dogs with a medium hair length or with long hair should not only be done with a brush but also with a comb. Especially the fur at the ears, the tail, the underside of the stomach and the hind legs has a tendency to tangle and therefore it should be combed regularly.

Normally you will start the combing with a comb with coarse teeth. Afterwards you can choose a comb with medium or fine teeth, depending on your pets fur.

Please bear in mind that you will not cause your pet any pain while taking care of its coat. If there is any doubt please choose a comb with coarse teeth. The fur should be combed until the comb glides through the fur easily.
