Product Introduction

Benclimate heat pump energy recovery ventilator is mainly used for air ventilation, pre-heating and pre-cooling. The system is common used in Villa, Office, Hospital, Hotel, Restaurant, etc.

Product Features and Benefits

1. Heat recovery function

HPERV is equipped with crossflow heat exchanger integrated with the heat pump technology to recover the heat of the exhaust air and enhance cooling/heating performance.

2. Energy saving

The COP is up to 7.55 at ambient temperature of -15°C.

3. Reliablity

The main components are from the world-renowned manufacturer, for example, the built-in EC fans are from Ziehl-Abegg, and the compressor is from Panasonic.

4. High air cleanness

Triple filtration to ensure air cleanness, G4+F7+H10.

5. Environment friendly

The unit is using environment friendly R410a refrigerant.

6. Wide operating temperature

The unit is equipped with electrical heater and bypass as standard for extremely cold environment, the operating temperature ranges from -25°C~43°C.

7. Large stainless steel condensate tray

Large stainless steel condensate tray collecting the drain water from heat exchanger, evaporator and condenser.

8. Space saving

Unit can be hidden in the ceiling with no influence to decoration, built-in water pump to drain out condensate.

1. Crossflow heat exchanger

-Made of Aluminum, cross flow passages, sensible heat exchanger.

2. Fresh air filters

Triple filtration to ensure air cleanness, G4+F7+H10.
Aluminum frame, solid, stable, ametabolic and anti corrosive. 
3. Return air filter

Nonwoven material, G4 class, filtering return air.
Aluminum frame, solid, stable, ametabolic and anti corrosive. 
4. Bypass system (Optional)

For defrosting, suitable for cold climate area with ambient temperature below -15°C.
5. Compressors

Made by Panasonic, rated cooling capacity is 2410W.
R410a refrigerant, environment friendly. 
6. Evaporator

Plate fin heat exchanger, with coated hydrophilic fins. 
7. Connection box

Circuit board, core of intelligent control system
Power switch, power supply to the compressor, fans and by-pass
Wiring terminal, easy access for field connection
8. Electrical heater (Optional)
1200W power controlled by the intelligent set program signal.

9. Drain tray

Made of stainless steel, collecting the drain water from heat exchanger, evaporator and condenser.
10. Drain pump
Integrated with ball cock to test the water level, the drain pump is switched on automatically according to the water level.

1. The heating/cooling capacity and heat recovery volume is calculated according to the following conditions:

Heating: ambient DB=7°C, ambient WB=6°C, indoor DB=20°C

Cooling: ambient DB=35°C, ambient WB=24°C, indoor DB=26°C

2. The airflow is controlled according to the ambient temperature:

Ambient temperature<-15°C, airflow=160m3/h.

-15°C<=ambient temperature<0°C, airflow=320m3/h.

Ambient temperature>=0°C, airflow=480m3/h.
