QS series air screening machine is a kind of high-precision screening equipment,which is for screening fine powders.It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, paper, metallurgy, building materials, rubber, machinery industries. It could be in a very good continuous screening for the fineness of powdered materials that ranges from 80 to 500 mesh.
2, Basic Structure
Air screening machine with gas-solid separation dust removal device, connected by a plastic corrugated hose, compose of closed-circuit screening system.
Host is the air screening machine, a vertical circular cylindrical shell built-in screen installs on the screen’s enclosed body ; a circle-shaped wind wheel mounted on the base by a motor-driven rotation is inside the screen; hopper and coarse screening is fitted into the top of screen body shell, lower mouth with slagging; motor and spindle are connected by the belt; mouth under the wind wheel hopper forms feed gap.
Gas-solid separation dust removal device is composed by the induced draft fan , settling chamber and dedusting bag .
