Professional Portable Concrete Mixer and Pump Machine
1.Machine introduction of Portable Concrete Mixer and Pump
This series of vacuum pumps are elementary equipment for pumping air from sealed vessels. It can be used alone, also can be used as the forepump, process pump or titanium pump of booster pump, oil diffusion pump, and molecular pump.
These vacuum pumps are applicable to vacuum coating, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum smelting, vacuum tube, bulb, refrigeration, chemicals, packing, forming, health and medical appliances, laboratory, vacuum drying machines and vacuum filtering.
2. Working Principle of Portable Concrete Mixer and Pump
This 2X series vacuum pump is of double stage structure, whose operation performance consists of two parts, that is high-pressure stage and low-pressure stage. Its suction port connects the vacuum container or other vacuum equipments and helps to intake or drain the gas in the container during operation. When the equipment is in vacuum, the drain valve vane of high-pressure stage will close, then the gas suctioned by the high-pressure stage will be transferred to the second stage, after that, the gas will be suctioned and drained through the second stage, so that the vacuum equipment can obtain certain vacuum.
