square tube is a FRP profiles of using pultrusion technology. And has many advantages, corrosion resistance, light weight, high strength, good dimensional stability, with insulation, thermal conductivity, beautiful and easy maintenance, no maintenance.
FRP Pultruded Profile are made from glass reinforced isophthalic polyester resin
reinforced with E glass fibre and including continuous strand mat and a polyester
surface veil as the surface laye.
During the pultrusion process, the raw material are pulled through a heated steel forming die using a continuous pulling device. when the reinforcements are saturated with the resin mixture in the resin bath and the wetted reinforcement package is wrapped in a surfacing veil
Materials

construction, energy, transportation, metallurgy, light industry, aerospace, aviation,
defense facilities in all national economic construction.
Advantages
1. Chemical resistance: excellent phthalic, isophthalic, vinyl resins and pultruded
fiberglass grating surface with a mat, with excellent corrosion resistance.
2. Light: FRP grating is only about one-quarter the weight of steel,
is very easy to handle, thereby reducing transportation costs.
3, high strength: the weight ratio of about 35% resin and 65% glass fiber, provides a
very high strength / weight ratio.
4, UV resistance: in the formula, add UV agent-containing polyester carpet surface
for optimal UV protection.
5, the flame: 25 or having an oxygen index of 26 or more flame-retardant effect
6. Other excellent performance: impact resistant, maintenance-free, easy
processing, non-slip safety, insulation thermal insulation.
