Machine Characteristic:
The machine adopt synchronous control technique. The center-control and welding time are composed of PLC program system. The input front-panel has two forms,touch screen and keyboard that makes the machine more intelligent and reasonable and it could press at one time,welding repeately ,The hopper adopts step motor ,brake motor wheels ,pulling wire by step motor .The greatest advantage is you can adjust the distance of weft wire randomly on the same piece of wire mesh sheet

3. PANASONIC servo motor + planetary reducer for pulling mesh

5. Inverter brake clutch motor and helical gear reducer connect the principal axis directly, high stability, big power. It is our patent technology.
6. New epoxy resin pouring type casting water-cooling transformers high efficiency.
7. Welding electrodes are made of pure red copper, durable.
