Crushing- drying - pelleting - cooling - packing
Detailed processing of pellet plant:
1. Crushing Process:
When the thickness of raw wood material is wood log, we need use the Wood Chipper to chip them into small pieces, then use hammer mill to crush the small pieces into wood powder with diameter less 5mm
2. Drying Process:
1).The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 10-15%.
2).Our Rotary Dryer is made up of Stove and Main Rotary Dryer, which can realize to reduce the moisture from 50% to 10%.
3).Our stove is fueled by coal or biomass products, which can save electricity consumption largely.
3. Pelletizing Process:
Wood Pellet Mill is the most important equipment, which have the following features:
1). Gearbox: Driving with high-precision gears, Automatic Lubricant pump system keep the gearbox working stability and warranty period;
2). Vertical motor: Mounting hole with output shaft as the center, Equidistant distribution around, More powerful and running stability;
3). Blower system: Located in one side of work bin, Free control the working time, The main function is dedusting and discharge steam
4). Working parts: Ring-die and rollers materials are alloy steel, Heat treatment made by ourselves, Hardness more than 52,In this hardness can assure the pelleting quality and warranty time, Working manner is from inside to outside press, Centrifugal force and extrusion pressure together, improved capacity, Meanwhile assure hardness and density, The special design is 3pcs-rollers working, Increase press rate then increase capacity.
4. Cooling Process:
After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60-80 degree, and the moisture content of the wood pellet is about 14%, so we need use Cooler to reduce about 3-4% moisture, such this the wood pellet is easy to store.
5. Packing Process:
After cooling, the wood pellet will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with damp. The packing process is necessary. In this process, we assemble our domestic best Fully-Auto Packing Machine to you.
