Detailed Products Description
1. Pellet cooling is an indispensable section in granulation process. Air cooler temperatures can reach out from the pellet mill 70°C~90°Cpellet cooled to slightly above room temperature 3°C~5°C,and can be reduced to safe moisture(≤12.5%),this makes it easy pellet transport, storage and storage.
2. Air cooler model is different, the output is also different, it can be adapted to use a variety of scale feed mill.
Features of pellet cooler machine
- The counterflow cooling principle is adopted to cool the pellets with high temperature and moisture. Hot air touches hot pellets with high moisture and cool air touches cooled pellets with low moisture so as to avoid the pellet surface crack caused by sudden cooling produced by direct touching between cool air and hot pellets.
- 2. Air-enclosed feeder is adopted for feeding so as to aviod the air crossing at the feeding inlet, resulting in good cooling effect.
- 3. Upper and lower lever indicators control the cooling time automatically.
- 4. Slide reciprocating discharger has smooth and reliable discharging.
1. The unique rotating well-distributed institution makes the materials more even and the cooling effect more thorough.
2. The pendulum flap discharging institution is controlled by hydraulic system(pneumatic system), even and smooth discharging. The discharge speed can be adjustable.
3. It can cool kinds of materials like round, block, piece or pellet status.
4. Low energy consumption and easy to operate.
5. The temperature after cooling will not be over 3 or 5 °C of the room temperature.
6. Automatically stop during discharging.
