Machine structure of grain grinding mill
1.The crushing chamber realizes waterdrop type; unique inlet air way avoids circumfluence phenomenon in the crushing process; equips "U" type hitting groove in the bottom of the crushing chamber, which enhances the output; quick-start full opening operation door, elasticity screen, easy to maintain and replace screen.
2. Uses import bearing to guarantee the service life; The nylon stick coupling drives directly, effectively avoids bearing radiation.
3. Through dynamic balancing check, the rotor runs more stably, the noise is lower, and the performance is more ideal;
4. Feed port locates in the top of pulverizer, which can match with each kind of feed mechanisms.
5. Through adjustment, this machine can realize coarse cracking, fine cracking, minuteness cracking, one machine multipurpose.
6. It is suitable to high quality poultry material, aquatic product material, alcohol plant, citric acid factory and so on.
Main Features
1.The mill has the features of widely application,strong crushing ability and stable running.
2.Crushing chamber adopts the type og tear-circle,the twice impact groovet make the capacity increasing.
3.The conversion of the grinding and micro-grinding would be made through two different clearance between the hammers and the screens.
4.The rotor is calibrated by accurate dynamic balancing,which can positive and oppositive working to extend the working life.Hammer blade edge isvacuum-welded by alloy steel,resulting in long service life.
5.The feeding port is located at the top of grinder,matching with many feeding structures.
6.The machine adopts the imported bearing,with features of simple structure,convenient installation,easy operation,little vibration and low consumption.
