Main structure of Airflow Dryer
The wood dryer is equipped one fuel boiler, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), cyclone.
Raw materials for Airflow Dryer
1. It's suitable for drying materials like bagasse, sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn stalks and so on.
2.The moisture of wet materials is about 30-40%. reduces the moisture to 8-12%.
Working principle of airflow dryer machine:
1.Wet materials are input into the hopper.
2.The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly.
3.And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer.
Machine advantages of airflow dryer:
1).For raw materials with heavy humidity which it is above 12%,you need to install a dryer before further processing.
2).It is professionally designed for drying different kinds of wood sawdust.It has advantaes of low cost,low consumption,high capacity ,easy operation and maintenance.
3).Regarding BHG-100 series,it is suitable to process materials which moisture content between 35%-55%.
4).All of round places can be adjusted to any angle of 360 degree,according to operation request. The clients can change the angle of dryers base on the production field.
