Disc blade can be installed onto agricultural machinery such as disc harrow or disc plough or digging machine or ridger and so forth, but most well known as harrow disc blade or plough disc blade.
Application of disc blades:
Several disc blades are assembled into a gang via a square shaft and bearings etc, two or more disc blade gangs are connected to the frame of disc harrow;
Or disc blades are directed fixated onto the frame to make disc ploughs or digging machines.

1.Material: 65 Mn steel or boron steel;
2.Heat treatment: quenched and tempered;
3.Hardness: 38 to 45 HRC of 65Mn steel, 43 to 48 HRC of boron steel;
4.Edge of disc blade: round or notched;
5.Shape:flat, concave or wavy;
6.Diameter: 12 to 46 inch;
7.Thickness: 3 to 12 mm;
8.MOQ:100 pcs;
9.Production capacity: 7 million pcs annually.
