1.Each qualified disc blade shall gone through the processes of machining, punching, welding, heat treatment(quenching and tempering), shot blasting, spraying and so forth;
2.Quenching and tempering processes enhance the properties of excellent ductility, hardness, abrasion resistance;
3.Shot blasting process before spraying not only to ensures neat and smooth surface, but also enhances paint adhesion which results in prolonging the service life of disc blade;
4.Quality inspection shall be applied to each process;
5.Advanced technology, lots of molds to reduce your cost, strict quality control.
