The HZS25 concrete batching plant is one set of automatic concrete batching equipment which consists of parts such as proportioning, mixing, and electrical control. Our concrete batching plant/concrete batch has the following characteristics:
1) It is low cost, adopts module-based structure and it is very convenient to install and move the whole machine.
a) The main machine is one JS500 compulsory dual-axial mixer,which has good mixing quality and high efficiency.
b) The aggregate is proportioned by the proportioning machine which is very accurate and fast.
c) The proportioning of the cement, water, liquid additive is done by electronic scale which is with high accuracy.
d) The water supply system adopts the siphon pump pressure principle, which increases the water speed and sprays evenly.
e) Main components of the electrical control system are all imported, which are with reliable performance, easy to operate, and could be printed.
2) It is very convenient to install and disassemble the whole production line. The sides of each storey of external packing can be opened and is easy to maintain and replace components.
