XNL Tank Mounted Return Oil Line Hydraulic Filter for XCMG Excavator
1. Product introduction
The XNL series filters can be installed at the mouth of returning oil in the hydraulic system, filtering the metal particles and the rubber impurities caused by the wear in the hydraulic system,
so as to keep the oil clean.
2. Product characteristics
Filter basic construction
XNL series filter can be installed directly inside the tank. It is composed of flange plate, connecting rod and oil filter element, which is equipped with permanent magnet, check valve, by-pass valve etc.

ISO 2941 Verification of collapse/burst resistance
ISO 2942 Verification of fabrication integrity and determination of the first bubble point
ISO 2943 Verification of material compatibility with fluids
ISO 3723 Method for end load testing
ISO 3724 Verification of flow fatigue characteristics
ISO 3968 Evaluation of pressure drop versus flow characteristics
ISO 16889 Multi-Pass method for evaluating filtration performance
