PLF High Pressure Line Filter SERIES
1.PLF series filter is installed on the different pressure lines of the hydraulic system;
it has high oil-passing capacity, low initial pressure loss, high dirt-holding capacity and so on, which can meet the various requirements from the customers.
2.Filter basic construction
PLF series filter is composed of filter top cover and spin-on housing. Filter top cover is integral type, according to the customer requirements, the flow direction and the mounting hole position can be custom-made.
2.1 Housing material
Top cover material: Ductile cast iron
Filter bowl material: Carbon steel
2.2 Seals
Perbunan (=NBR) (-30~+120°C); Viton=FPM (-20~+200°C)
2.3 Filter element
Filter medium material
High strength carbon steel skeleton
2.4 Optional accessories
Electric clogging indicator: CS-V
By-pass valve (Setting 6bar)
2.5 Type of connection (chosen according to the filter type)

DFFILTER filtration technology testing center covers a total area of 450 square meters, of which, clean room area of 200 square meters, and cleanliness is up to 100,000 levels. The centre undertakes filtration technology inspection and testing for in-house science research, production and industry service.
The testing centre can take 7 tests of hydraulic filter performance evaluation, they are as follows:
ISO 2941 Verification of collapse/burst resistance
ISO 2942 Verification of fabrication integrity and determination of the first bubble point
ISO 2943 Verification of material compatibility with fluids
ISO 3723 Method for end load testing
ISO 3724 Verification of flow fatigue characteristics
ISO 3968 Evaluation of pressure drop versus flow characteristics
ISO 16889 Multi-Pass method for evaluating filtration performance
