1. Product introduction

XCJS-4 series filters are installed in hydraulic system pressure line, with internal magnetic filter element,

which can effectively filter the metal particles of hydraulic oil, in order to provide clean hydraulic oil for hydraulic system.  

2. Product characteristics

Filter basic construction

CJS-4 series filters consist of the cover, the spin-on housing,permanent magnetic filter element, bypass valve and indicator.  

2.1 Housing material

Filter cover:High strength casting carbon steel
Filter bowl: High strength aluminum alloy  

2.2 Seals

Perbunan (=NBR) (-30~+120°C);  Viton=FPM(-20~+200°C)

5.  Product characteristic curves           

The total filter assembly pressure drop is the sum of housing and element pressure drop,filter selection calculated as per the following curves.

5.1 Housing pressure drop / flow rate characteristic curves 

Housing pressure drop /flow rate characteristic curves are according to ISO3968, and suitable for the mineral oil with density 0.86 kg/dm³ and kinematic viscosity 30 mm²/s.

5.2 Differential pressure / flow characteristic curves of filter element

The characteristic curves of filter element are suitable for the mineral oil with kinematic viscosity 30 mm²/s. Differential pressure and viscosity is proportional.
