At present, the domestic hydraulic oil tank manufacturing mainly consists of ordinary low carbon steel plate by bending and welding, the tank inner surface without preservative treatment or only pickling and phosphatic treatment, its corrosion resistance is very low, very prone to corrosion in oil production and storage process; in addition, during the usage process of oil tank, due to the presence of the water and high temperature in the hydraulic oi together, it is easy to rust on inner wall of oil tank. Product Characteristics
Our company produces the hydraulic oil tank, the imported Japanese aluminized steel plate is adopted with mold punching stretch forming, using a special welder welding, the welding process does not damage the coating, the tank wall does not need antiseptic treatment. Excellent corrosion resistance of aluminum plate can ensure tank no rust in the life, so as to ensure that the hydraulic oil and hydraulic oil cleanliness. At the same time, aluminum plate has excellent conduction performance, can effectively reduce the temperature of the hydraulic oil. The company's oil tank is designed with the integral optimization, the system has reasonable design, compact structure, the tank vent filter, suction & return filter adopt high quality filter that our company produces, the filtration efficiency is high with outstanding quality, can guarantee the contaminant scavenging in the work of the hydraulic system. Built-in diaphragm in the tank, at the same time of increasing flow circulation path, can improve the effect of cooling, air separation and precipitation of impurities.

make the comprehensive examination for filter element/cartridge performance. These can

our customer's requirement.

are as follows:
ISO 2941 Verification of collapse/burst resistance
ISO 2942 Verification of fabrication integrity and determination of the first bubble point
ISO 2943 Verification of material compatibility with fluids
ISO 3723 Method for end load testing
ISO 3724 Verification of flow fatigue characteristics
ISO 3968 Evaluation of pressure drop versus flow characteristics
ISO 16889 Multi-Pass method for evaluating filtration performance
