1. Product Introduction
Solid particle pollution in oil is the main reason for the hydraulic system failure. In order to meet high performance,
high reliability and long service life of the hydraulic equipment , our company has developed LYC,LYCA, LYCB
pushcart filter series. These kinds of filters are made into good structure, easy usage and maintenance,
high dirt-holding capacity of fine filter element and so on. Customers can choose the fine filter with suitable filtration
accuracy class according to the filtering requirement (3, 5,10,20,30μm). Our pushcart filter not only can be used
as hydraulic system tanker to ensure the cleanliness of oil, but also used as by-pass circulation filtering equipment
of the hydraulic system for regular cleanliness. It can maintain the cleanliness of hydraulic system,
keep the system work properly, and prolong the service life.

Note: 1. * is filtration accuracy. If the fluid is water-glycol, flow rate 16L/min, filteration accuracy 3μm, filter media is paper, the model of pushcart filter is LYC•BH-16x3 or LYCA • BH-16x3
2. To ensure the normal usae, the customer shoud select the inner diameter of the hose according to the above table form,
and the height of suction oil should less than 500mm. The suction pipe can not be longer than 2m; the return pipe can not be longer than 8m.

♦DFFILTER filtration technology testing center covers a total area of 450 square meters, of which,
clean room area of 200 square meters, and cleanliness is up to 100,000 levels. The centre undertakes filtration
technology inspection and testing for in-house science research, production and industry service.
♦On-line particle counter of BETAB-HIAC/POYCO type (8000A/8000S) provided by HIAC/POYCO company
in USA, and its supporting machine"Multi-pass test" and "single-pass test" implements ISO16889
new standard and other international standards perfectly.
♦Testing center also has the developed equiment for filter performance testing, which can make the
comprehensive examination for filter element/cartridge performance. These can insure that company’s filter
with high capacity, long life, high reliable in full compliance with our customer's requirement.
♦The testing centre can take 7 tests of hydraulic filter performance evaluation, they are as follows:
ISO 2941 Verification of collapse/burst resistance
ISO 2942 Verification of fabrication integrity and determination of the first bubble point
ISO 2943 Verification of material compatibility with fluids
ISO 3723 Method for end load testing
ISO 3724 Verification of flow fatigue characteristics
ISO 3968 Evaluation of pressure drop versus flow characteristics
ISO 16889 Multi-Pass method for evaluating filtration performance
