SDRLF Pressure Hydraulic Return Oil Duplex Strainer for Hydraulic System Continuous Filtration
1. SDRLF duplex large flow filter serie is with simple structure, the filter elements can be cleaned or replaced under continuous work to ensure normal operation of the equipment.
2. Filter basic construction
The characteristics of this filter are that the continuous operation is allowed even during element is changed for which is clogged by contaminants,only need to open the balance valve and then turn the directional valve, the other filter begins to work, the clogged element should be changed in time.
This series filters are widely applied on hydraulic systems of heavy machinery, mining machinery, metallurgical machinery etc.

DFFILTER filtration technology testing center covers a total area of 450 square meters, of which, clean room area of 200 square meters, and cleanliness is up to 100,000 levels. The centre undertakes filtration technology inspection and testing for in-house science research, production and industry service.
On-line particle counter of BETAB-HIAC/POYCO type (8000A/8000S) provided by HIAC/POYCO company in USA, and its supporting machine"Multi-pass test" and "single-pass test" implements ISO16889 new standard and other international standards perfectly.
Testing center also has the developed equiment for filter performance testing, which can make the comprehensive examination for filter element/cartridge performance. These can insure that company's filter with high capacity, long life, high reliable in full compliance with our customer's requirement.
The testing centre can take 7 tests of hydraulic filter performance evaluation, they are as follows:
ISO 2941 Verification of collapse/burst resistance
ISO 2942 Verification of fabrication integrity and determination of the first bubble point
ISO 2943 Verification of material compatibility with fluids
ISO 3723 Method for end load testing
ISO 3724 Verification of flow fatigue characteristics
ISO 3968 Evaluation of pressure drop versus flow characteristics
ISO 16889 Multi-Pass method for evaluating filtration performance
