1. Product introduction
The filter housing and the connectors are designed in accordance with the international standard, widely used in the lubricating oil system of circulating loop, test systems, vehicles, punching machine, ships and offshore platforms etc.
2. Product characteristics
Filter basic construction
RFLD series filters are connected by a switch valve, drift diameter DN80 and above is equipped with pressure balance pipeline; below DN80, the balance valve is put in change-over valve body.
This structure reduces the pressure impact on the filter when switching valve, standard filter is with vent hole, relief hole, and mounting holes of clogging indicator.

5. Product characteristic curves
The total filter assembly pressure drop is the sum of housing and element pressure drop,filter selection calculated as per the following curves.
5.1 Housing pressure drop / flow rate characteristic curves
Housing pressure drop /flow rate characteristic curves are according to ISO3968, and suitable for the mineral oil with density 0.86 kg/dm³ and kinematic viscosity 30 mm²/s.
5.2 Differential pressure / flow characteristic curves of filter element
The characteristic curves of filter element are suitable for the mineral oil with kinematic viscosity 30 mm²/s. Differential pressure and viscosity is proportional.
