Indicators of AC foaming agent decomposition temperature (201-205 ℃) gas evolution (215-225 ml/g) moisture content (%) 0.3 Max average fineness (microns) 7-9 AC blowing agent of decomposition temperature is higher, can by adding activator to lower the decomposition temperature from 200 ℃ to 150-190 ℃. Commonly used activator including zinc, lead, cadmium metal salts and barium, zinc oxide, zinc stearate, organic metal compounds, glycol and processed urea fertilizer.

• Should be used:
AC foaming agent are widely used in polymer foaming processing. It can be used to make tool handles, furniture, auto parts, obturator leather, floor, wallpaper, carpet pad, seals and sole.
• Storage and processing:
AC foaming agent has good stability, no combustion and self-extinguishing. Placed in ventilated, dry, away from heat source saved. Save time shoulds not be more than 12 months. Otherwise there will be caking phenomenon. When processing is easy to produce dust, the processing place should be well ventilated, avoid breathing dust and contact with the skin for a long time. Only meet flame burning, left after the fire, AC automatically extinguished, but the more quantity will support combustion. Can use water, bubbles. CO2 fire extinguishing.
