3Hydrocarbons' receptivity towards MMT:
· Paraffins>Olefins>Aromatics
· Low octane number fuel oil>High octane number fuel oil
· Research method>Motor method
· The antiknocking efficiency is twice as tetraethyl lead
· The gasoline ON improvement effect of adding 18mg/l MMT is equivalent to the ON improvement effect of blending MTBE of 8%-10% with gasoline.
