our engine valves are suitable for:
Features:
Inlet valve is good hardness,wear resistance,corrosion resistant,withstand high temperature,resist deformation and also called Martensite.
Exhaust valve is high exhaustion strength,withstand high temperatures, resist deformation,anti-fatigue,corrosion resistant and also called Austenite.
Techniques:
Bimetal---double metal friction welding (SUH3+SUH35), small soldering terminal pin, small soldering alloy, shaft chromium-plating , surfacing nitration treatment(Tufftride),frequency induction quenching, Stellite(tip welding)------get high hot hardness at the seat.
