The practical result shows that NanoMoS2+C composite coating in the bearing capacity and the tribological property is superior to currently used ternary and quaternary coatings, 

and lead-free environmentally friendly.

which enables the friction surface to protect the reliability of the mechanical equipment operation from the excessive wear of the crankshaft journal so as to ensure the reliability of the operation of the crankshaft, 

which makes the "zero fault" and "100% reliability" of the easily-damaged friction pair group of the engine possible.
