Air-cooled cylinder liner:
in accorance with the instructions from the engine manufactures, cast iron cylinders or light alloy cylinders are used. Light alloy cylinders are separeated into several groups due to the small installation clearance in the standard cylinder dimensions.

1) Characteristics :Germany etc.advanced technique &wear proof &high temperature resistant etc.
2) Materical:boron alloy,boron-coper alloy casting iron&Mixing with chrome,molybdenum ,nickel etc.

we are the manufacture for the piston kits since 1995,we have started to produce the piston. At present,we can produce the alfin piston, oil-gallery piston, steel pieces piston,and cooper pin bush piston for our customer. And also we can develop the new items for our customer.
Piston:
Alfin materials: Wear Ring of High Ni Austenitic Cast Iron
Piston materials: ZL109 Aluminum and ZL108 Aluminum
Piston pin materials: 40CrMo and 20CrMo
Piston ring:
Ductile cast iron with Chrome-coated, Spray-Molybdenum, Gas-Nitrading, Phophate, Special-Grinding, Oxidation etc.
Cylinder liner:
Materials: Boron-Containing Alloy Cast Iron Surface Treatments: Alramenting, Chrome-faced, Surfeced colored, Inside Hole Laser Hardening
