  1. material:CK45,ST52,20MnV6,42CrMo4,40Cr, stainless steel, alloy steel and special steel.
  2. Size range: outside diameter from 12 to 500mm Max length 16meters

  3. SUPPLY CONDITION

         chrome plated

  4. CHROME THICKNESS

         20 to 50 micron

  5. SURFACE ROUGHNESS

        0.2-0.4um

  6. PUTSIDE DIAMETER TOLERANCES:  ISO f7
  7. OVALITY

    Half of the tolerance ISO f7

  8. STRAIGHTNESS

       ≤0.2MM/M

  9. CORROSION RESISTANCE

         Test in natural salt spray according to ASTM B 117-72hours

         Results evaluation according to ISO 4540 RATING 7-10

  10. PACKING

         Anti rust oil to be spread on rod surface and each rod to be packed in paper roll and then in wooden cases.

  11. CERTIFICATE

         All certificate related with material heat treatment and plating is required.
