Application of Pellet Machine:
The animal feed flat die pellet machine is widely used in animal feed organic fertilizer industry, waste dealing company, sugar making plant, paper pellet production plant, medicine making plant or sawdust mill factory.
Working principle
Pellet machine is one of the biomass molding equipment.It can make powdered biomass materials into pellets.
The starting materials for the production of pellets are pressed by the pressing roller in the matrix.
Due to the pressure and friction in the matrix, the starting materials are heated to a high temperature (nearly 60~80 °C). As a result of pressure and temperature increasing, the materials were compressed into pellets. The output pellets will have very high strength after cooling.
Features
The animal feed flat die pellet machine can produce animal feed,organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer; the pellets produced are even, smooth, full, strong and with high fluidity.
The final pellet is cylinder shape and diameter is generally 3-8mm; the pellet length can be changed through the knife inside the pelletizer presses.
