Introduction of sawdust briquette charcoal furnace:
Our sawdust briquette charcoal furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization.
Adopting reasonable structure, the carbonization chamber needs small quantity of heat consumption only.
And the most important is that charcoal kiln for coconut shell is equipped with Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, improve the quality of charcoal and shorten the production cycling time to 24-48 hours with the features of easy operation, higher safety, high efficiency and energy saving. The final products charcoal briquette bars can be used for heating furnace, industrial boilers, biomass power plant, barbecue and so on.
Sawdust briquette charcoal furnace which greatly increased carbonizing ratio (increased from about 88 to 99%) and shortened the carbonizing time ( from 24 hours to 6 hours), and shows the features of easy operation, higher safety, high efficiency, and energy saving.

Working Principle of sawdust briquette charcoal furnace:
Sawdust briquette charcoal furnace adopts the hightemperature dry sliding carbonization technology to make the man-made briquette to charcoal briquette. It is equipped with hyperploid high temperature stream cooling system, and the process of cooling can be accelerated to speed up the period of the production.
Moreover, the kiln adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. And 60% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonizing, saving much fuel during the whole process,and increasing the enterprise revenue.
Characteristics of sawdust briquette charcoal furnace:
1. Sawdust briquette charcoal furnace is ideal equipment for charring wood briquettes into charcoal briquette. The wood briquette will have anoxic distillation charring in the furnace.
2. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small heat consumption.
3. It adopted Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, improve the quality of charcoal, and shorten the charring period.
4. Its horizontal condenser can retrieve much wood tar.
5. Carbonization time is 3-4 days.
6. The furnace use 6mm steel plate.
