 Introduction of wood biomass briquette machine :

 This wood biomass briquette machine can take sawdust, wood, rice husk, coconut shell, corn cob, wood shavings,

peanut shell & other  woody material into briquette, which can be used in boiler, heating&warming.

After these agriculture wastes being crushed into fine powder less than 5mm, then it uses screw

principle to make wood rods from fine powder. It is an environmental protection machine, which

can make full use of agriculture wastes.

Raw materials:

Final product(sawdust bruquette):

1. This bio-fuel briquette is 45-80mm in diameter, occurs in the hollow quadrangular or hexagonal cylinder or hollow hexagonal with a 15-20mm hole through the body.
2. The available shape: square, hexagonal, pentagon, pentagon with edge, hexagon with edge.
3. The available diameter could be: 50mm,55mm.60mm,65mm.70mm.80mm and so on.
4. The available length could be :20cm,30cm, 40cm, 50cm.
5. The feature of the final product : Specific gravity: 1300—1900kg/m   Calorific value: 4500—5000kcal/kg.

Working principle wood biomass briquette machine:

Briquetting is a process that biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature.

The lignin content that occurs naturally in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. 

Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form 

into high density briquettes.

During this process, no binder needs to be used. So the output briquette is a type of clean and green 

fuel that is ideal for use in furnaces, boilers and open fires. The density of the briquettes is 900-1400g/cm3.
