Usage
This machine takes sawdust, wood, rice husk, coconut shell, peanut shell & other woody material into briquette, which can be used in boiler, heating & warming.
Features
This machine gets 2 patents (patent number: 200530100650.5, 200520031212.2), and shows the features of big capacity, low energy consumption, compactability and durability in one machine.
Many performance data such as capacity, coal bar density, electricity consumption and wearable degree have reached advanced level. Our newly developed charcoal briquette machine can be used as charcoal powder shaping machine by replacement of some spare parts.
Working principle
Briquetting is a process that biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature.
The lignin content that occurs naturally in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into high density briquettes.
During this process, no binder needs to be used. So the output briquette is a type of clean and green fuel that is ideal for use in furnaces, boilers and open fires. The density of the briquettes is 900-1400kg/m.
