1, What is your capacity?

 Both our heat treatment facility and grinding machines allow for straight knives up to 7 meters (or 275 inches) long, no segment 

at all, in a single piece, while for circular knives up to 1500mm in O.D.

2, How do you guarantee your quality?

 Material selection and hardness survey are critical for blade quality. We were formally engaged in forging, and had a good command of mechanics and property of different tool steels. Inspection on incoming materials is furthermore well taken care of.  Long-term raw providers physically near to us, that help make us more competitive, ensured quality. We are serious and all our blades parts are always forged while those parts from most of our competitors are not. 

3, Do you handle shipments?

 Definitely yes. Usually in a quotation sheet, an Ex factory price is offered. We are, however, happy to offer FOB POL (Port of Loading) or CIF POD (Port of Destination) as requested. As a manufacturer, we have more shipments to handle than you do, and this advantage enables us to get better rates, which in turn we get back to you. Besides, we have better connections to handle custom inspection and unexpected conditions.
