The Description of  Deep Groove Ball Bearing

1)Features
The bearings are the most typical rolling bearings with extensive applications. The raceways in both of the rings are in arc groove form, which can carry radial and axial load in double directions. They can be applied in situations where high-rotating speed and low noise and low vibration are required.

2)Types
Basic type; With snap ring groove on the outer ring (-N); With one shield (-Z) on one side or two shields (-2Z) on both sides; With one seal (-RS) on one side or two seals (-2RS) on both sides.

3)Applications
The bearings can be found in automobiles, machine tools, motors, instruments, construction machines, railway vehicles, agricultural machines , power tools, House hold appliances, Washing machines motors, Clutch bearings, Trailers, Casters, and various other special machines.

Material of ball bearing

It can meet the requirements of corrosion and high - temperature resistance under certain conditions. Vacuum degassed Chrome steel GCR15 is a type of standard material for producing accurate inner ring, outer ring and ball. This material is in conformity with the specifications of AISL 52100(America),DIN100Cr6(German) and JISSUJ2(Japan).As there are less interferences from impurities, significantly extending the life span and   effectively improving the bearing’s torque and noise reduction property.

Stainless steel Compare with the ordinary Chrome steel, the Stainless steel has more advantages such as it has great rigidity and better rust and corrosion resistance. Work environment: getting appropriate lubricants, shields, etc. It can be used in -60°C~+300°C.

Ceramics Heat ,wear, corrosion resistant, insulated, anti – electromagnetic, anti - moisture , high rotation speed, etc. Especially it is to the atrocious conditions.
