Material of ball bearing 

Carbon steel  It is characterized by its low price and not asking too much for applications, so it is highly appreciated by the vast number of merchants. It is widely used in household appliances, electrical tools, pneumatic tool, textile machines, medical instruments, sport equipment, office furniture, packing machine, fishing gear, toys, sliding doors and windows, etc.

High - carbon steels are being called the " hard ",which possess excellent wear resistance ,strength ,rigidity, good elastic and fatigue limit(especially the notch fatigue limit).

Medium- carbon steel has higher rigidity but lower deformation and toughness compare with low- carbon steel.

Low- carbon steel It is characteristic of low strength and rigidity, good deformation and toughness.

Chrome steel Chrome steel has feature of tensile. fatigue, wear resistance , high rigidity and great toughness. It can meet the requirements of corrosion and high - temperature resistance under certain conditions. Vacuum degassed Chrome steel GCR15 is a type of standard material for producing accurate inner ring, outer ring and ball. This material is in conformity with the specifications of AISL 52100(America),DIN100Cr6(German) and JISSUJ2(Japan).As there are less interferences from impurities, significantly extending the life span and   effectively improving the bearing’s torque and noise reduction property.

Stainless steel Compare with the ordinary Chrome steel, the Stainless steel has more advantages such as it has great rigidity and better rust and corrosion resistance. Work environment: getting appropriate lubricants, shields, etc. It can be used in -60°C~+300°C.

Ceramics Heat ,wear, corrosion resistant, insulated, anti – electromagnetic, anti - moisture , high rotation speed, etc. Especially it is to the atrocious conditions. It also be used to insulate the balls, guide the balls’ movement and to improve lubrication performance inside the bearing., etc. YCZCO’s cage is commonly made of cold rolling carbon steel. But in the corrosiveness environment ,nonparallel or high - speed situation,stainless steel, engineering plastics cagecan be decided on request.

ShieldYCZCO’s shield, taking the carbon steel material, if necessary,taking stainless steel or other material.

Seal YCZCO adopt different kind of seal material to meet the requirement of their operating in high temperature and being compatible with grease. Acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber is our standard material. but in high temperature environment ,often adopt fluorocarbons, silicone , PTFE shield.

Grease The shield and seal were filled with standard grease. We can use differentgrease as request.
