5. How to extend the bearing’s lifetime
(1). The correct installation will affect the precision, life, performance.
(2). Not allow strong impact, such as hammer striking, transfer roller pressure
(3). Use the right installation tool, avoid to use cloth kind and short fibers
(4). The bearing must be filled with lubricant after installation to avoid rust
(5). Strict inspection, such as the surrounding temperature, vibrate, noise inspection
(6). Bearing should not be ultra cooled.

The single row deep groove ball bearing are simple in design, non-separable, suitable for high and even very high speeds and are robust in operation, requiring little maintenance.
Deep-groove bearings have higher load ratings for their size than shallow-groove , but are also less tolerant of misalignment of the inner and outer races.
