Reinforced PA

Adding glass fiber material to plastics, which can reinforce its all-round mechanical properties.

First: To increase plastics’ temperature and heat distortion temperature.For Nylon example, added into the fiber glass,after its heat distortion temperature could be increase at least twice .Generally,the fibergrass’s

heat-resistance temperature can be up to 220°C.

Second: To improve plastics’ dimensional stability and to Reduce its shrinkage , thus improving the stability of the plastics.

Third:Fiber can reduce plastics’ water suction rate to ensure its stability.

POM(Polyoxymethylene)properties

       POM is a kind of new developed fine strain of resin after nylon,which has

high all-round performance as follows:

1.The feature of its wear resistance and self lubricating property is superior to most of engineering plastics,especially its all-round mechanical properties,which achieves up to 50.5MPa .Its stiffness achieves up to 2650MPA,which property is so close to the metal to be called metallic plastics.

2.It can be use for a long time in a Large scope of temperature—— -40°C~100°C.

3.Lubrication and good abrasion resistance (Materials itself formed a dense membrane on its surface to decrease friction factor ,so call self - lubricity )

4.Nontoxic and tasteless, Low water absorptivity,size and stability,these performance is better than nylon.

Reinforced POM

          Fiberglass reinforced POM:Its gross mechanical property can be increase 2~3 times,heat tornation temperature up to 50°C.good rigidity ,mechanical strength and toughness.superior elasticity, outstanding anti - creep deformation. It also has great impact strength even in low temperature.good dimension stability,slide and wear resistance.

 PU(polyurethane) properties

         It prossess higher elasticity ,strength,superb wear resistance, corrosion resistance,oil resistance, fatigue resistance and antiknock,so called” high wear - resisting rubber”.

Modified PU

        Modified PU——TPU:with a wide scope of rigidity and performance which between the rubber and plastics such items of polymer materials.excellent in wear,toughness,strength, tensile, fatigue resistance and flexibility, environmentally friendly.
