2) The worm has different kinds, from single head to six heads, and its modulus range from M1 to M20.
3) The worm main material is 45 steel and 40Cr (quenching to HRC42-53) and 20CrMn- Ti (carburizing and quenching of HRC58-63).
4) Tooth surface of worm is fine grinding, which greatly improves the accuracy of transmission, reduces noise, and prolongs the service life.
5) Material of worm gear generally uses alloy of tin and copper (10-1), or alloy of aluminium and copper (9- 4)or as customer's requirement.
