3) Material of worm: 45 steel and 40Cr (quenching to HRC42-53) and 20CrMn- Ti (carburizing and quenching to HRC58-63).
Tooth surface is fine grinding, greatly improving the accuracy of transmission, reduces noise, and prolongs the service life.
4) Worm gear Material: alloy of tin and copper (10-1), alloy of aluminium and copper (9- 4)or as customer's requirement.
