Polysulfone(PSF or PSU for short) is a kind of thermoplastic resin,whose main molecular chain contain section chain.It is light brown transparent amorphous resin.There are two kind of Polysulfone,bisphenol-A common PSF and PES.
Applications:
1,In the field of electronic:PSU can be used for the production of a variety of contacts,contact pieces,no transformer edge piecse,Si caps,insulated casing,coil frame,post,ring,printed circuit boards,bushings,enclosures,video system parts,film capacitors,block brush,alkaline battery boxes and so on;
2,In the field of the automotive and aerospace:PSU applied to the production of shield components,electrical gear,storage pool cover,detonators,electronic ignition device components,lamp parts,aircraft parts in-house and external aircraft parts,aerospace external devices such as protective cover;
3,In the field of the kitchen market:PSU can be used to produce the steam plate,microwave cooking,milk and agricultural products,container,eggs cooking components,food and beverage distributor and so on;
4,In the field of medical:PSU is in full compliance with hygiene requirements and can be able to withstand 130°C repeated steam sterilization.It can be used for health and medical equipment,replacing the stainless steel,aluminum in order to reduce costs.PSU can be made as the surgical site,spray,humidifier,contact lens fixture,the traffic controller,equipment enclosures,dental equipment,pacemakers,mechanical ventilation and so on;
5,In the field of the commodity application:PSU products are mainly water-resistant and heat-resistant such as the humidifier,steam iron,housing of the cameras,projectors components;
6,In the field of the industry:PSU can be used in the adhesives,coatigs,chemical processing equipment,pump housing,the protective coating outside the tower,food processing equipment,control pollution equipment,dairy processing equipment,and the pipes of engineering,construction,chemical industry.
