Specifications

1.The gear is made of high strength low carbon alloy steel through carburization and quenching.
The hardness of tooth surface may reach to HRC54-62. All gear adapts NC tooth grinding process, high in accuracy and good in contact performance
2.Preferential design is applied in main parameter such as center distance and nominal drive ratio,which guarantee good interconnection between key parts and components.
3.Small size ,light weight,high precision,large carrying capacity,high efficiency,long service life,high reliability ,stable driving and low noise
4.Normally oil sump lubrication is used with cooling naturally.If thermal power can not be achieved,circular oil lubrication or fan may be used and cooled with cooling coil pipe.
Application of DCY series vertical gearbox
(1)Input rotage speed n1 is≤ 1500r/min
(2)Gear wheel driving peripheral speed is ≤ 20m/sec
(3)Ambient temperature is -40 °C ~50 °C .If it is less than 0 °C ,lurbricant should be preheated to more than 0 °C before startup.Running both forward and backward are abailable for this reducer.
(4)Applicable for the industries such as metallurgy,mine,chemical industry,construction materials,hoisting ,transprotation,textile ,paper making ,instrument,plastic,rubber,enginering machinery and energy industry.
1. Payment Term: 30% TT in advance+70% balance before shipment or total advance.
2. The remitter is responsible for the remittance charge.
3. The working time is about 20 days from receive payment.
