Hose Crimping Machine

*The hose crimping machine is mainly constructed with fuel tank,thrust cylider,working pump,solenoid directional valve and electric control box.

10 sets of mold are attached to the machine: φ14(9/16 inch),φ16(5/8 inch),φ19(3/4 inch),φ22(7/8inch),φ26(1 inch),φ31(1 7/32 inch),φ39(1 17/32 inch),φ46(1 25/32inch),φ52(2 inch),φ63(2 1/2 inch)

*Operation:

1,Peel off the outer skin of the hose by manual or machine.

2,Install the metal cover,and insert the steel core to the inner hole of the hose.

3,Crimping the hose by cylinder thrusting force ,and get the metal cover steel net layer mounted to the steel core tihgtly.

4,Hose crimping range is calculated according to the metal cover size .

Remark:(for example ,for 1 inch and 4 layer hose ,the outer skin diameter isφ46, this diameter should be crimped and reduced by 4-5mm,the diameter after reduction should beφ42-φ41).

*Major technical parameters

1.The metal cover material which is crimped should be A3 steel ,with a tensile strength of ob38kg/mm2.
