Our nickel binder grades are ideal for the most demanding conditions in which corrosion, oxidation and wear push your tooling to the limit. Special shapes can be manufactured to client's specifications with appropriate grades, competitive pricing and prompt delivery.
Cemented carbide inserts are used for agricultural machines
When requesting for a quote specify:
1. Physical dimensions, and related tolerance ( if you have)
2. Grade, or chemical composition (WC: Wt% + Co: Wt% + Others : Wt%) , and properties
(Hardness, Density, coercive force, and WC grain size), and associated tolerances, etc.
3. Operation condition and special requirement.
4. Surface condition: sintered blank, fine grinding.
5. Quantity needed.

Applicaton

applications. We can produce according to customer’s drawings or samples,

| Q. How about delivery time? | A. For ready to press items, lead time is 20~25 days, while for new molds, it will need 10 days more to open molds. If you have a urgent order, we will do our utmost to push for it. |
| Q. What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)? | A. No limit for MOQ. For non-standard products, mold fee need to be paid, but can be refunded late. |
