The idler shaft is engineered, drop forged and machined by utilization of the most modern technologucal advances, tempering with medium to low frequency heat treating equipment guarantees maximun strength.
The heavy profiles of idler rims are carefully heat treated in depth for extra service life.
each idler is precision machined to house special high impact low wear bimetallic bushings.
We can produce new idler groups according to our customer's supplied samples, designs or technical drawings,
