1. Plastic bearing applicance :

2) The plastic bearing also used in equipment, instrument, building machinery, rolling stock agricultural machinery and various specialized machineries.
2.Plastic Bearing Specification information;
1> POM and PA material with good mechanical strength and wear resistance, suitable for the production of precision plastic bearings, working temperature from -60 °C to 100 °C, high strength and smooth surface, basically does not appear tension.
2> POM and PA material with good self-lubricating properties and low coefficient of friction can be applied on the basis of maintaining the traditional advantages of plastic bearings, precision and higher speed operation.
3> POM plastic bearing is the most widely used of all plastics bearing a kind of general internal and external ball materials with POM or PA, to maintain the frame of glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 (GRPA66-25).
4> POM plastic bearing ball glass ball, stainless steel balls or ceramic balls, such bearing alkaline environment, but not suitable for acidic corrosion

1.HDPE (high density polyethylene)
there two polyolefins offer resistance to almost all acids and bases,detergents and hot water,PE has good insulation properties and is easy to weld,the operating of the HDPE is from -50 to +90 degree

3.high elongation 3.difficult to varnish and glue

2.PE-UHMW:it's muy buenas propiedades de deslizamiento than HDPE
3.PP (polypropylene ) shows a high mechanical strength,ensile strength, but a low notched impact strength .pp resists stress cracking and it is easy to weld at minus temperatures it can get brittle.the chemical and electrical properties are very good,the temperature ranges between +5 degree and+ 100 degree.
