The good reason to use Plastic Ball bearings:
1.Corrosion Resistance:
Most bearing failures today are caused by corrosion. YWS bearings' plastic ball bearings can be utilized in environments destructive to conventional bearings. They can operate in hostile environments such as sea water, film processing solutions and swimming pools. In many cases the medium can be used as a lubricant.
Plastics are five times lighter than steel, thereby reducing the weight and energy required to move them.
3.NON METALLIC NON MAGNETIC:
Plastic ball bearings become completely non magnetic when fitted with either polymer, glass, or non magnetic 316 stainless balls. They are ideal for use where there can be no magnetic distortion.
4. HYGIENIC:
Plastic ball bearings are naturally clean because they do not corrode or require lubrication. They are ideal for wash down applications and clean room environments.
5.NOISE CONTROL:
Plastics have the inherent ability to dampen vibrations. Add lubrication and they become virtually silent.
6.SHOCK LOAD SUPPRESSION:
Plastics absorb shock loads better than metal due to their elastic nature. Many conventional radial ball bearings fail due to brinelling of the raceway, ie: balls denting the raceway.
7.LUBRICATION FREE:
There are three reasons steel bearings require lubrication; to reduce friction, dissipate heat and resist corrosion. Plastic, by nature, does not corrode. Due to the design of plastic ball bearings, there is no metal to metal contact, resulting in less friction; therefore dissipating heat becomes less critical.
8.LOW INERTIA FREER TURNING:
Plastic ball bearings run freer and naturally have low inertia due to the low coefficient of friction between plastic and stainless. Two other factors contributing to low inertia are the ability to run without grease and being lighter in weight.
POM plastic bearings , PP plastic bearing POM and PA materials with good mechanical strength and wear resistance , suitable for the production of more sophisticated plastic bearings, working temperature from -60 °C ~ 100 °C, high strength and smooth surface , basically does not appear tension , its good self-lubricating properties and low coefficient of friction , while maintaining the traditional advantages of plastic bearings on the basis of precise and can be used in high speed operation .
Features:

(3) high thermal stability and very good dimensional stability ;
(4)good sliding properties , wear resistance ;
(5) physiologically inert , suitable for contact with food.
(6) Even in strong acid and strong oxidizing agents, poor paint adhesion
Main purpose :
Mechanical and electrical equipment , fitness equipment , food machinery , furniture and decorating materials
HDPE, PP, UPE material has proven to be relatively weak acid cross- environment (30% Cucl2 solution and 30% NaoH solution tested OK) it is suitable for most acid / base / salt / solvent / oil / gas and seawater corrosion environment. With general plastic bearings oil-free self -lubricating, anti-magnetic insulation properties, but lower mechanical strength , easily deformed. In comparison, the use of UPE material will have better strength , low friction characteristics and low temperature application characteristics (down to -150 °C).

PTFE high-temperature corrosion-resistant plastic bearings
PTFE and PI as a new plastic material , proved to be all known engineering plastics and high temperature mechanical strength, dimensional stability and better performance , in which long-term use temperature of PTFE 260 °C, PI long-term use temperature is as high as 300 °C , and which has excellent corrosion resistance. The ball is generally Zro2 or Si3N4 ceramic balls.
