  Established  in 1989,our factory currently has 29 production lines and 7 plants. We are proud to be associated with major OEM for 105 countries all over the world. Now, the warehouse covers more than 11,000 square meters.

  There are as many as 3,200 kinds of bearings. 23,000 pieces of products are produced and with an average shipments 4.5 containers each day.

  We have developed to meet specific requirements with great solution within 48 hours. The delivery date of customized product is 24 days on average. We aim to become the global ONE-STOP mechanical parts supermarket.

a) How to prolong service life of bearings?
Accurate installation and using,alignment,timely monitor,re lubrication etc.

b) Reason for bearings failure?
Usually is incorrect using method,pollution,improper use of lubricant,damage happened in installation and handing,also including installation error.according to the traces can know the reason why is failure.

c) When select bearings specifications,what you need to consider?
The precision of the bearings(rotating precision,dimensional tolerances)internal clearance and preload bearing material and heat treatment.structure of cage and material.
